§ 5 WITHDRAWAL FROM ACCOMODATION CONTRACT

(1) Up to 3 months prior to the agreed arrival of the guest, the contract may be terminated by either party without cancellation fee. The accommodator has to receive the declaration at least 3 months prior arrival.

(2) Up to 1 month prior to the agreed arrival of the guest, the contract may be terminated by either party, however, a cancellation fee equal to the room charge for 3 days must be paid. The accommodator has to receive the declaration at least 1 month prior arrival.

(3) The accomodator has the right to withdraw from the contract if the guests does not arrive until 6 p.m. on arrival day, except that a later arrival has veen mutually agreed.

(4) If the guest does not occupy the ordered rooms or claim the agreed services, he is still liable for payment of the agreed amount to the accommodator. However, the accommodator has to deduct the savings from services that are not claimed and the earnings from eventual renting of the rooms to other guests. As a standard rate, the compensation sums will be around 20 % of the room rates and 30 % of the food and other service prices.

§ 14 TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION

(1) A contract with certain terminizing date ends automatically after the agreed contract time. If the guests leaves prior to the agreed date, the accommodator has the right to claim the agreed full compensation. The accommodator has the right to letting the rooms to other guests.
